Terms of use

The rules of the road

Last updated 18 May 2026.

These terms apply to your use of oddments.net and the Oddments Pinterest publications. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What Oddments is, and is not

Oddments is an editorial publication. We write about vintage and second-hand goods and link to listings available on third-party marketplaces. We do not sell items ourselves. We do not handle payments. We do not ship products.

Any transaction you enter into is between you and the third-party seller, on that seller's terms. Oddments has no involvement in the transaction and no liability for it.

Editorial accuracy

We make a reasonable effort to describe items accurately and to keep listings current. Listings are nevertheless provided "as is". Specifications, condition, price, and availability may change after we publish, and we cannot guarantee that any listing is current at the moment you click through.

If you spot an error, please email [email protected] and we will correct it.

Affiliate links

Most links from Oddments to third-party marketplaces are affiliate links, meaning we earn commission on qualifying purchases. This is explained in full on the disclosure page.

Third-party content

Some images and listing details displayed on Oddments are sourced from third-party marketplaces under their respective terms. We do not claim ownership of third-party content. If you are a rights-holder and believe a piece of content has been used improperly, please email [email protected] with details and we will respond promptly.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to scrape, mirror, or systematically reproduce the contents of this site or the Oddments Pinterest publications without prior written permission. Please do not attempt to interfere with the operation of the site.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oddments is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from any transaction entered into with a third party after clicking through from the site.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for matters that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
